Inspection results for quality supervision on products with filling materials in Shanghai 2015

Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision issued linkage supervision results for products with filling materials in Shanghai on 25 September 2015. The inspection checks the formaldehyde content, PH value, decomposable aromatic amine dye, color fastness and other items. All inspected products prove qualified during the inspection.

Inspection bases:GB 18401-2010 National general safety technical code for textile products, GB 18383-2007 General technical requirements for products with filling materials, GB/T 29862-2013 Textiles—Identification of fiber content, GB/T 22796-2009 Quilts, Quilt cover, GB/T 22843-2009 Cushion and pillow, GB/T 24252-2009 Silk quilts and other relevant national standards in China.

Inspection items:formaldehyde content, color fastness to water resistance, color fastness to acid perspiration, color fastness to alkali perspiration, color fastness to crocking (dry), color fastness to saliva, fiber content, down content (proportion and figure) in feathers, duck feather, oxygen consumption of feathers, microorganism in feathers and requirements for filling raw materials.

Inspction results:There are 40 batches of products during the linkage inspection, during which all products are qualified.
